I wonder why it is that there isn't much discussion happening on the forum right now. How can we change this? It isn't as if there are any less problems right now or less issues to discuss.

As silly as it sounds, I think that a lot of people who would be interested in Using the site still don't know about the forum. Maybe at upcoming events like the block party and the dance party we can let people know.

It definitely couldn't hurt. It just seems like the people most involved already would be interested in discussing and letting other people know what is going on.

could we brainstorm some better ways to communicate if talking on the forum isn't appealing? What I like about the forum is that it allows people who aren't in a small group of friends or associates to view what we talk about and participate if they wish. I would think being more open would lead to increased interest and participation. If this is the most public arena for anarchist debate and discussion, it may make it look like we aren't active or talking about anything if there isn't any talk in more public forums.
