There needs to better communication for the bookmobile in general. I don't think we need to announce that we need to have a meeting on the forum necessarily. Only 2-4 people will be able to go to table at robot mosh fest anyway. There is a ton of literature in the bookmobile right now (the free box is full up the brim) We could probably make another crimethinc order of recipies for disaster beforehand, but that's the only thing we're low on right now.
It might be a good idea to have a meeting in general for some of the people who work on the bookmobile to talk and potentially set up some guidelines (such as saying that people should be at the table for the majority of the time or shouldn't be there, that they shouldn't be using the bookmobile to get into shows they want to see, that there is no drinking allowed especially when it threatens the venues and promoters of the shows). I've been extremely frustrated as of late from tabling shows specifically.
People who should be allowed by the collective to help table will be a person who can drive and someone who is responsible and has tabled in the past.
