One year anniversary block party
It was a big success. Some people need to be somewhat reimbursed for the cost of fliers/water balloons. Maybe $100? Thank you notes still need to be written. Someone has written a draft but more copies of CCC stationery need to be made. There are only about four left.
Jimmy
Either someone dependable must be volunteering with him or he shouldn't be allowed to volunteer. He will be given a warning during his next shift for not following proper procedures for sales and other things, to be fair.
Open hours
Some of us are considering changing the open hours to three hours a day to make it easier to cover shifts? We need to discuss this more, or wait to see if we can get enough dedicated volunteers to keep the same hours.
Books and zines
We haven't bought new books for the library since we've opened. We will take $100 of the block party profit to replenish our supply of books and $40 will go to zines. After rent is paid each month we might put 10% of the leftover profits toward books.

We need to wait to hear back from the Cactus Club and Timbuktu before setting dates. In the future we could have early shows or acoustic shows in conjunction with gallery openings.
New sales procedure
