AA Group
We are going to write up a sort of contract, with terms they must abide to in order to use the space. Because we fear that their time at the CCC might interfere with screenprinting hours, we are asking $150 for four nights a week or $200 for five, and if the time can be changed from 8-10 to 7-9. They did not come to the meeting. Someone will be calling them to discuss these terms.

Screenprinting Collective
We need to find out if the landlord can fix up the basement and supply dehumidifiers and make it safer to use in the winter. Someone will get in touch with him.

pReNC Report Back
Scheduled for Sunday, September 23rd, 7pm (until about 9?)
Consulta scheduled for November 9th - 11th
We will have meetings for planning after the report back. We could put up info and maps on the walls. We will also be registering people for the consulta to know who's coming and help them find places to stay and feed them (Food Not Bombs?). Altogether there will be the report back, workshops (direct action, security culture, street medics?), the consulta, a big planning session (at UWM? might be a large turnout), breakout sessions for specific issues (medical, strategy, and others, and at least one will be at the CCC).

Bank account
Need to close the old one still? We will talk to a former volunteer about it and how to properly get a new one started. Also, the CCC reportedly owes money to one person and we need to pay him/her back. Someone will call.

Website
It would be helpful to have the website back up and running, so that we appear more organized and official than just using the myspace. We know someone who wants to get involved, good with computers, might be able to put the site back together. And put a paypal link there for donations.

IWW
Still haven't gotten back to us about raised rent. We need to get a hold of them. Someone will talk to them at their meeting tonight and report back. We need a decision by next Tuesday.

Security
We have a safer way of storing money. Now we won't get robbed again. Hurray.

Public Meeting
We will have fliers printed out tomorrow. We will all go flyering around Riverwest (and west of Holton). Someone will post to the Riverwest Neighborhood Association's listserv to explain what it is about and help spread the word.

Infoshop/Volunteer Meeting
Mandatory for all volunteers. Monday, September 10th, 5pm. Need to discuss communication, organizational, and cleaning issues, among other more infoshop related things such as purchasing of books and zines and shelving.

Cleaning/Organization
We need to: move the books down one shelf closer to floor, reshelve the books on the opposite wall in the new bookcase, combine the desk areas, put all of the zines in one place, organize the zine rack somewhere else, make each functioning collective have a clearly defined space so it is easier for new people to see what is all going on there (make signs and stuff to help with this too, a main focal point when you enter). THERE WILL BE A BIG CLEANING DAY, FRIDAY BEFORE VERY PUBLIC MEETING. 3-7.

Other events
We have heard back from the Cactus Club about the Guitar Hero party and now just need to set a date. We will decide on this later.

Also, Paul Baribeau from Plan-It-X records will be playing at the CCC on Friday, October 12th. It will be an acoustic show and cost(/highly suggested donation?), time, and opening musicians are to be determined.
