Cream City Collective (CCC) members came up with an idea to share radical history with each other and interested members of the community as well as serve dishes to fundraise in hope that the collective can pay the bills and hopefully have heat in the space this winter. The CCC decided that every month they would pick a region, culture, social grouping, etc, serve food that is specific to it and present its radical history. It was decided to call this “Food for Thought.”
This month, the date is December 16th and it is Italian cuisine and Italian radical history. Collective members will offer their service and will gladly wait on you. The menu will be a three-course meal, not simple and not too complex. This event will run you $10 (sliding scale) for the meal and $1 per glass of wine. Dinner starts at 6:30pm at the Cream City Collectives (732 East Clarke Street).
