With schools getting out, what places are going to have a similar amount of youth/student-type-folk hanging around? _________________ The Spectacle wished to make us appear dreadful. We intend to be much worse.

If you all want a high traffic area that you can table for free, you can always try UWM's Union Mon-Thurs from around 11am to around 1pm. That is usually when the apes let out. On the first floor right by the main elevators. I know I would have been excited to see some anarchists in that bullshit business bureaucracy back in my younger days.

Yeah, UWM gets tabled already, but we should find a way to sign up/ get a permit for a table so we don't have to hijack them any more.
Are people tabeling Propaghandi?
That would be good. The Infoshop should do that as weel becuase we broke.

What about tabling by the art museum summerfest entrance? Doubtful that you'll find a higher people flow anywhere...and if there are buskers I don't see why you couldn't sell books too. Plus you could get the word out to a fresh audience.

Not a bad idea.
We should also look in to places in the Milwaukee area that haven't been tabled yet... other parts of town, suburbs, etc. _________________ The Spectacle wished to make us appear dreadful. We intend to be much worse.

Maybe someone could talk more with larger solidarity groups like Las Voces and find out when it would be appropriate at events with them, or the SEIU? Just a thought.

The problem with a los voces event or area of town is that there is no spanish language literature in the bookmobile.
If anyone knows any events or shows coming up ever and knows the promoter enough to ask them if a non profit group could table at their event, they should do so. Metal core shows and the people at them are extremely boring. In the past we have done really well just selling things outside on really busy days or at bloc parties, so if anyone knows of anything like that coming up we should definitely try to make it out to them.

While I agree that not having a wealth of Spanish language literature is a problem, it's still worth tabling because many folks are bilingual.

That park in genral is really tight and kids are responsive to educating themselves beyond the incredible dork that is high school.
